ECU has announced that Dr. Mike Piehler has been selected as the Interim Director of the Coastal Studies Institute (CSI) effective July 1, 2017, for the upcoming year. For the past 12 years Mike has been a cornerstone of CSI’s multi-institutional research, education and engagement programs. As Interim Director, he will help ECU continue to build its coastal programs and help recruit the next permanent CSI Director.
