Research Interests
My research explores the complex interplay between social, biological, and physical dynamics within coupled human-natural systems. Through co-production and advanced geomorphological modeling, I aim to develop adaptive management strategies that help communities and wildlife adapt to climate change impacts on vulnerable barrier islands. I work closely with state and federal agencies and local stakeholders to craft effective natural resource management and policies that promote resilience and sustainability.
