Research Interests

Methane concentrations along the Neuse River Estuary to determine an initial concentrations. This information is vital as methane is an extremely potent greenhouse gas. There appears to be microorganisms that are consuming the methane and these have yet to be identified. Methane concentrations in Jordan Lake are measured to see seasonal changes.
