Thank you for making the 2023 PerkinElmer Student Research Symposium a successful and memorable event. It was a rare opportunity for the EMES community to spend the day together and focus on student research. We enjoyed oral and poster presentations delivered by 14 undergraduate students and 25 graduate students. At the end of the day, the department presented seven students with awards and prizes for the best presentations, selected by a team of 11 judges with some community input. In addition, we celebrated with seven graduate students as they received awards for service, teaching, and research. All awards and recipients are listed below. Congratulations! Mark April 4, 2024 on your calendar for the next PerkinElmer Student Research Symposium and let’s make it the largest gathering yet.
